Google+ is Google's version of "FaceBook." When you are logged into your Google g-mail account, simply click the + button on the top left of your g-mail, and then you will see your Google+ account. Yes. If you have a Google e-mail account, then you have a Google+ account as well! To start a hangout, you must be logged into your Google+ account. If you're not, you will be prompted to first log into your Google+ account. Everyone inside your hangout will need to have a Google+ account to participate, however, your attendees who register to view your Hangout do NOT need a Google+ to enter your webinar room.

Yes. Google+ Hangouts automatically starts recording your webinar as soon as you hit the "Broadcast" button without any recording software required on your part. Your Hangout streams live to your Google+ and YouTube account, and within minutes of you ending your Hangout, a recording of your webinar will pop up on your YouTube account like magic.

In order to broadcast your Hangout to all of your webinar attendees, you must have a YouTube account associated with the Google+ account you have. If you don't have one, you will be prompted to create one when you hit broadcast and it takes about 3 seconds.

We are so excited about Webinars OnAir because this platform is built on top of the Google+ Hangout software. Google's technology is the best on the planet, which makes the Webinars OnAir experience extremely reliable. However, depending on your browser settings and hardware you may occasionally run into an issue that requires a simple setting you need to adjust. ANY issue can be resolved within minutes so don't be scared! (unless of course you're using a dial-up internet service... Google doesn't like dial-up and will not be able to stream clearly to / from your machine due to a slow internet connection). Some quick tips...

  1. A decent webcam if you want that face to face interaction(the better the quality, the better the results)
  2. A good microphone is a great thing to have. You can use your computer's built-in mic, but your audio quality may suffer.
  3. Everyone inside your Google+ Hangout (your panelists - remember, 10 Max) should ideally be using headphones or earbuds to drastically reduce any kind of echo that could happen without headphones. If you are hosting a webinar and hear an echo, 99.99% of the time it's because someone isn't using headphones.
  4. We recommend running your hangout with the fastest internet connection you have at your disposal. This will make the stream run as smooth as possible.

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
